August 5 I had the chance to visit the biggest Train Museum in France, the Cité du Train in Mulhouse. It's less then 2 hour drive from where I live and of course I had my Family with me. Please klick on the picture below for the story.

I want to thank Tom Mann for the weathering on the high cube Boxcar I bought from Tim Buehring a while ago and of course for the "Kevin we miss you" Graffiti and I want to say thanks to my friend John Cubbin for another stunning and breathtaking Diorama. We appreciate it very much! More pictures soon!
Yesterday we finished the first 30 days of grieving with a worship in our church. We want to thank everybody for their help and their prayers.Many things has changed in our live and I still diden't found the time for my hobby but I can quarantee that Rosetown will be back soon.
On June 18 after a hard day of work, short before midnight, I was sitting down the track where the Train hit my Son Kevin. I've placed a howling wolf ceramic statue between the flowers and talked with my lovely wife about Kevins life. At this moment a full moon rises behind the forest with spectacular aura and gave us light in this dark moments. I've took some pictures from the moon when we arrived at our home a few minutes later.
Today is Kevin's 17 Birthday. We know that Kevin has not left us, but he has simply gone ahead of us. He'll be in our hearts for we will always remember him. Thank you all so much for including Kevin in your prayers.

During the wintertime Torsja and I tallke about a small Module in the ZMOD Standard that we could build together by preparing some Buildings and other stuff at home and then finish the Module during the ZMOD Show in Oslo this April. Good things come to those who wait! At the end of July 2005, I've ordered some Tankcars from Kurt Lueck (http://www.3rworks.com) and in the next few days they will arrive in Rosetown. I'm really happy that Kurt find the time to finish those Cars because he is very busy and he travels around the world. Of course when he's at home his lovely family also want to get his attention. I finally find the time to start decaling all my MTL Containers from the Gunderson Husky Cars. I've started with SP Decals from Tim Buehring, made 6 but still over 100 Containers to go :-)
I've bought that small Diorama a couple of month ago from a Friend in Germany. Now I had the chance to take some pictures from my Swiss Rolling Stock.

My Friend Torsja from Norway suprised me with a bunch of "Mann's Creek Railroad 20ton Coal Hoppers" and a Rosetown Boxcar! They are incredible nice. Thank you so much Torsja!
a lot of things happend in the last few days. I've got the AZL UP E8 A-B-A with 8 matching passenger Cars (ex Märklin), the long awaited AZL UP SD40T-2 and the MTL Mogul with Vanderbilt Tender. All those beauties are from Fred Ladd. He's a real Gentleman and a great Person.
Some more Freudenreich PS2 Grainers arrived. The Alaska Car's are beautiful.

A pair of AZL BNSF SD75i and a UP GP7 arrived from Oliver Passmann. Oliver installed a CT Electronics DCC Decoder and improved the lights and the gears. One SD75i also got high/low beam and working ditchlights! More pictures in the Diesel-Gallery.
